3. Our products are produced and checked according to the crafts. Leave factory without any defect.
4. We are in full charge of the goods, quality, capacity and service referring to materials suppliers.
If there is any defect in the process of producing process, we will tell the other side in time, no concealing. If the defect exceeds the standard stated by our contract, we will give exchange without any condition. In the process of installation and commissioning, if there is some problem of product quality, we will solve it first, then ask for responsibility. All must accord with the rule of insuring the construction progress.
6. Insuring the courses of production, transportation, load and unload, once some suddenness occurs, we will give exchange to the other side as soon as possible, until their demands are met.
7. If there are quality problems in the courses of installation, debugging and operation, we will see after in one year. If it is our liability, we will compensate for the direct economic loss to the other side.
8.Our product quality accords with the national product quality standard. If there are some influence and economic loss because of products quality, through the arbitrage of the third side, we will assume responsibility by Product Quality Law. |
